Returns/ Exchanges:


If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, below are our terms for refunds and exchanges: If entitled to a replacement or refund, we will replace the product or refund the purchase price, using the original method of payment, make sure to reach out to us within 7 days of original purchase. We will only replace or refund the item if there is damage or missing product with proof of purchase.

  • Any items bought on Final Sale for 30% or higher cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • If anything needs to be shipped back, customer will be responsible for shipping label and costs to mail it back to us.
  • We will exchange anything within 7 days of original purchase with proof of purchase.
  • If you choose to return or refund your item AFTER 7 days of purchase, we will offer an online store credit ONLY.

You should expect to receive your refund within 14 business days, however in some cases you may receive your refund more quickly. The time wait includes the transit time for us to receive your item from the shipper, and the time it takes for us to process your return once received.

Exchanges:

Please also note for exchanges although every effort is made to photograph our items accurately and describe our products in detail, we cannot guarantee every screen will accurately depict the actual color of merchandise.
 

  • If you are interested in exchanging your item within 7 days of purchase, please contact us and we will be happy to assist you with the process.
  • If you must ship out your items to us, please note that you will be responsible for shipping costs.

CANCELLATIONS

Cancellations are only accepted within 24 hours of placing the order. In the case of an order needing to be cancelled, please send us an email with your order number. Refund will be deposited back into your account within 14 business days.

SHIPPING

Products will be shipped within our turnaround time as outlined on the header on our site. Please read the header and check in with our social media to see current turnaround times!

 

COVID-19

Due to the pandemic, shipping times and turnaround may be delayed. This is beyond our control. We continue to strive to get orders sent out in a timely manner, however please beware that delays can occur. 

In store shopping may also, at times, be affected by Covid-19, depending on phases of lockdown and severity of cases, we may be obligated to shut in store shopping down. However, whenever possible we will try and continue online sale.
