Have an order with us on the maritimer website and want to avoid additional shipping fees? If your order has been placed on the Maritimer site within the last week of the order you are about to place, you may add this to your cart and choose "LOCAL PICKUP" at checkout and it will ship together. Please make sure to include the order number or your name that is on the Maritimer order in the notes, so we can make sure the correct order is getting shipped.
NOTE - This will only be valid if the shipping addresses are the same. If not, you will receive an invoice for shipping fees.

All products are made on order. Note that turnaround times are posted at the announcement header on the top of the page. These may change depending on order volume. Please note that while we do our absolute best to stick within the time frame, sometimes it may be out of our hands, and the wait time may possibly be longer.
Parcels are shipped through Canada Post, and emails are received with tracking once sent. Please check your junk folder if you don't see it.

We do not offer refunds, unless an item is missing, incorrect, or damaged en route to you. Please send an email within 24 hours of receiving your order, and we will be happy to assist you.
Exchanges may be made at the customers' expense if you need a size change, or to choose a different design.
