Once you place your order, please send an email to info@simplyroseboutique.com with your name and order number. Please include any details about your custom, ie.. colour you are looking for, design (if you have an image as an example, that would be great, if no image for design idea please give as much detail as possible for what you are looking for.) Once we receive your email, we will reach out with a design sample within 5 business days.

Shipping Info

All products are made on order. Note that turnaround times are posted at the announcement header on the top of the page. These may change depending on order volume. Please note that while we do our absolute best to stick within the time frame, sometimes it may be out of our hands, and the wait time may possibly be longer.

Parcels are shipped through Canada Post, and emails are received with tracking once sent. Please check your junk folder if you don't see it.

Refunds & Returns

We do not offer refunds, unless an item is missing, incorrect, or damaged en route to you. Please send an email within 24 hours of receiving your order, and we will be happy to assist you.

Exchanges may be made at the customers' expense if you need a size change, or to choose a different design.
