All products are made on order. Note that turnaround times are posted at the announcement header on the top of the page. These may change depending on order volume. Please note that while we do our absolute best to stick within the time frame, sometimes it may be out of our hands, and the wait time may possibly be longer.
Parcels are shipped through Canada Post, and emails are received with tracking once sent. Please check your junk folder if you don't see it.
